Meltdown: first installment
So far the news from London's Meltdown Festival show on Friday June 22 seems to be:
- The setlist was similar to the recent New York shows with the addition of Dead End Kids (a song that was originally played by Freeheat and then by Jim Reid at his solo gigs).
- People in the audience included Jarvis Cocker and ex-JAMC members Bobby Gillespie and Douglas Hart.
- Mark Reed has posted a review and some photos at the Final Word.
- Contrary to Mark Reed's review (above), other reports are that it was Liela Moss from The Duke Spirit who provided guest vocals on Just Like Honey.
- Lots of photos from Trev.
